1. Eligibility

• Using a school email address (e.g., @university.edu):
  Simply send your purchase request or registration email from your school account to learn@openelab.com. We will automatically recognize it as an EDU order.
• Using a personal email address: For Students: Provide a valid student ID or enrollment proof. For Faculty/Staff: Provide a staff ID or a link to your profile on the school’s official website.

2. Ordering Options

• Online Ordering (Recommended)
  Send a registration request from your school email to learn@openelab.com.
  Once approved, we will activate a permanent 5% EDU Program discount for your account in our system. You can then log in and place orders online at discounted prices.
  
• Email Ordering
  Send your purchase request directly from your school email to learn@openelab.com.
  We will process your order and send you a confirmation.

3. Custom Requests

Need special packaging or bulk orders? Contact us at learn@openelab.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

To simplify inventory management and distribution, we offer custom packaging by component type (e.g., separate boxes for LEDs, microcontrollers, sensors, etc.). This makes it easier to track materials and returns.
