From March 11 to 13, 2025, OpenELAB was honored to participate in the Embedded World 2025 event in Nuremberg, Germany, a premier global gathering in the embedded systems industry. Situated in Hall 5, Booth 164, we showcased our latest technologies and exchanged ideas with some of the most innovative companies in electronic solutions, software development, and embedded services to a diverse audience of engineers, developers, and industry leaders.

The Embedded World 2025 attracted thousands of visitors globally, serving as a vibrant hub of innovation. Engineers from various sectors—including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, and industrial automation—gathered to explore cutting-edge embedded technologies. They came with a shared ambition: to redefine the possibilities of embedded systems.
For OpenELAB, this was an ideal opportunity to connect with innovative engineers, IoT enthusiasts, and industry professionals, showcasing how our solutions expedite the transition from prototype to mass production.

🦎 Smart Pet Box with M5Stack Plus 2
A favorite among IoT enthusiasts, the Smart Pet Box with M5StickC Plus2 employs various sensors and an automation control system to monitor and enhance your pet's living environment. It offers real-time monitoring, automatic temperature and humidity control, overheat protection, remote control, and data visualization, along with camera monitoring to ensure your pet's comfort.
📸 AI Polaroid with Raspberry Pi
Why settle for traditional photos when you can capture AI-enhanced images? This demo featured a Raspberry Pi-powered Polaroid camera capable of applying nine AI-stylized photo effects using VanceAI’s image processing. Visitors could select a style and instantly print the image with a Xiaomi Printer, transforming our booth into a mini AI-powered photo studio.
🏭 Smart Energy System with Arduino
Our intelligent battery and load management system utilizes solar panels, batteries, and Arduino. This smart energy solution converts solar energy into electrical power, charges batteries, and powers Arduino and peripherals while providing real-time monitoring of battery and load parameters like voltage, current, and power using the INA226 module.
🏎️ Lego Porsche with M5-Programmed Engine & Display
Our crowd favorite was the Lego Porsche demo, showcasing an engine controlled by the M5AtomS3 Joystick module and digital dashboard display. This project illustrated how embedded systems can enhance automation, robotics, and real-world control applications.
