Module LLM Kit is a modular, intelligent kit designed for offline AI inference and data communication. Integrating the Module LLM and Module13.2 LLM Mate modules, it offers powerful local AI processing and versatile system interfacing for a range of scenarios.
Module LLM is an all-in-one AI module for running large language models (LLM) offline, delivering natural, interactive experiences for smart home, voice assistants, and industrial control — all without cloud dependence for better privacy, security, and reliability.
Module13.2 LLM Mate Module extends the kit’s connectivity: it supports stackable power with Module LLM through the M5BUS port and features a CH340N USB-to-serial chip for debugging, a Type-C port for log output, and an RJ45 port with an onboard transformer for 100 Mbps Ethernet and serial communications (SBC compatible). An FPC-8P port ensures reliable direct connection to Module LLM, complemented by an HT3.96*9P pad for DIY expansion.
Module LLM runs the StackFlow framework with Arduino/UiFlow libraries, so you can build edge intelligence with just a few lines of code. Powered by the advanced AiXin AX630C SoC and a 3.2 TOPS NPU (optimized for Transformer models), it can handle complex AI workloads efficiently. Its 4GB LPDDR4 RAM (1GB user, 3GB hardware acceleration) and 32GB eMMC enable fluid parallel model load and multitasking — at just 1.5W peak power, it’s ideal for always-on scenarios.
Pre-installed with Qwen2.5-0.5B, Module LLM supports KWS (wake word), ASR (speech recognition), LLM, and TTS. It allows fast software/model updates via apt, and with the openai-api plugin, provides full API compatibility with OpenAI for chat, conversation completion, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech. Access dozens of models — such as deepseek-r1-distill-qwen-1.5b, InternVL2_5-1B-MPO, Llama-3.2-1B, and more, as well as the latest in TTS (whisper-tiny, whisper-base, melotts) and visual AI (YOLO, SOTA models) — all maintained through the official repository.

We will only arrange YunExpressexpress shipping from Shenzhen for orders with products in the Shenzhen warehouse worth more than €50. Orders directly shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse are handled by YunExpress. Given the complexities of international shipping, the estimated delivery time for these packages is around 10 business days, though this may vary slightly due to customs processes or other uncontrollable factors. Otherwise, the products will first be shipped from China to our U.S. warehouse and then shipped to the final destination.
4. Customs and Taxes
4.1 How are customs handled by OpenELAB for import or export?
We aim to minimize delays and ensure compliance, but OpenELAB does not guarantee exemption from U.S. customs charges.
4.2 Are U.S. sales taxes included when the Customer places an order?
If no sales tax is charged at the time of purchase, you may still be responsible for use tax according to your state’s tax laws. OpenELAB is committed to complying with the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. and applicable local regulations.

Warranty coverage is VOID if the damage is caused by:

Unauthorized Modification: This explicitly includes soldering, cutting pins, modifying the PCB, or flashing unauthorized/beta firmware that "bricks" the device.

Normal Wear & Tear: Consumable parts (e.g., batteries), unless defective upon arrival.
Note: For non-warranty repairs (e.g., customer-induced damage), we may offer repair services for a fee. Shipping and diagnostic costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Return & Refund Policy

B. Refund Conditions & Restocking Fees
To protect against policy abuse, the refund amount is strictly determined by the condition of the returned item.

2. Partial Refund (Restocking Fee / Value Depreciation)
If the item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being sold as new, OpenELAB reserves the right to deduct a Restocking Fee (or "Compensation for Loss of Value" for EU customers) from the refund.
Deductions apply if:

Signs of Use: Visible scratches, mounting marks on screw holes, or fingerprints.

Damaged Packaging: Original box is torn, written on, or missing.

Technical Modification: The device has been powered on, programmed/flashed, or soldered.

Depending on the severity of the usage/damage, the deduction may range from 15% to 50% of the product price. Items damaged beyond repair due to misuse will not be refunded.

Customer Remorse (Changed Mind / Ordered Wrong Item): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our designated return center (located in the US, Germany, or China, depending on your region). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by local law.
3. Return Process (RMA)
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

RMA Number: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
